• Lanier for Mayor Campaign—1991—Developed and directed Hispanic paid media program. Hispanic vote   credited for putting Lanier over the top.
• Lloyd Bentsen for U. S. Senator Re-election Campaign—1988—Developed and directed Hispanic paid media   program.
• Office of the Governor—1983-1987—Special assistant to the Governor, Mark White administration. Mark White   for Governor Campaign —1982—Served as Hispanic coordinator.
• Texas Mexican American Democrats—1979-1981—Served as chair of the organization, the precursor to the   current organization—Tejano Democrats.
