Jacob M. Monty, Managing Partner, is the founding partner of Monty Partners LLP. Established in 1998,Monty Partners LLP specializes in employment, labor law and immigration issues and is the largest Hispanic-owned employment and immigration law firm in the Southwest.

Jacob has successfully litigated cases in both Texas and California.
