E-Day and Pam

There really isn’t much to say about today.   It looks like us Dems will finally break out of our slump and we didn’t even need a slump buster.   W kind of handed it over on a silver platter.  I’m kind of looking forward to hearing tonight’s spin from the far right.  I betcha there will be a lot of cutting and running.

What’s gonna happen to The Kinkhole and Lady Foghorn after this evening?  Who knows, maybe they’ll hook up somewhere up in Austin and you know ….. Keep Austin Weird …… awwww!

Apparently the Election Night in-party in H-Town tonight isn’t at Ellen’s or the Sheraton Brookhollow, it’s at The Flying Saucer in Downtown – huh!  What’s up with that!

Speaking of voting, in Commentary’s family, everyone is supposed to vote – no excuses period.  If you don’t vote in our family, you don’t get to come to Thanksgiving Dinner.   Everybody I hang with votes.  Commentary doesn’t have much of a tolerance level for folks that don’t vote.  If you don’t vote, you can forget about ever to going to the yard with Commentary.

Speaking of baseball, Astros President of Business Operations Pam Gardner is being inducted into the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame this Friday evening – go Pam-In-Charge!  Ms. Gardner is Major League Baseball’s (MLB) highest ranking female exec.  This year’s inductee class also includes “Le Grande Orange”, errr Rusty Staub and Terry Puhl.   Now that’s cool.
