The Trump Before Christmas, ICEMen Cometh

So I was at my desk yesterday, working away with CNN on the tube, waiting to hear about Iraq, the missing climbers, holiday travelers, you know, the serious stuff and then when out on the tube there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my desk to see whatsa matter - BREAKING NEWS - The Trumpster came on for a live press conference and saves Christmas for all of us – whew! Just when it looked like it would be a downer week, The Trumpster does the anti-Grinch thing and gives Miss USA a “second chance.” The Trumpster says she’s a good kid – TRANSLATION – she looks too good in a two piece to let her go. So Commentary had to google Miss USA when what to my wondering eyes should appear, certainly not miniature nor tiny my dear, awwww – Commentary’s cool with that.

JUST IN - Commentary has this from a very reliable and high ranking Homeland Security source. I mean this stuff is so juicy that Novak and Russert would risk going to jail for. I’m talking about a leak that has national security implications. The word is Santa has hired a lot of paperless folks for last minute toy building and sack stuffing and that they will ride with him on Christmas Eve to help him deliver and unload gifts in the US of A. Hey, Santa knows what’s good for the American economy.

Apparently, the ICE Men, errr Feds will set up traps around chimneys across the country and gather up all the paperless folks that will be in green and red Elf gear. I guess somebody at the RNC forgot to tell the ICE Men that all this paperless folk and anti-Latino bashing cost them a few seats in Congress last month. Presents! We don’t need no steeeenkeeeng presents!

Think about this. It’s because of the paperless folks that a lot of Americans will be having a great Christmas this year. We all know what they do. The bashers, errr haters will benefit from them as much as anyone, but come the day after, they’ll be ratcheting up the hate again. It would be easy for me to say I hope they get a lump of coal in their stocking, but I won’t – cause it’s Christmas. I just hope that our side remembers the paperless folks during the season.

FYI: Commentary is taking a few days off starting tomorrow. We’ll be back Wednesday, December 27.

Merry Christmas, errr Feliz Navidad to all, and to all a good night!
